A new color inputType that should enable users to pick the color using Munsell Color notation. The color would be displayed alongside the field (e.g. privet-kitty/munsell.js). Ideally, it the field would also display the Munsell Color 'name', e.g. '5YR 6/6' = 'reddish yellow'.

(Assigning myself for now because I will try to figure out more specifically how it should look first.)
