feature: Add convergence code which allows multiple parties to write to a specific scope

In the case of something like a decentralized oracle, you would want multiple parties transcribing to the same data set inside the contract. One party could note overwrite another, in this case nor push them out of the listing through spam.

So there would also need to be a limit on the frequency of updates from the oracles.
