Docker / singularity containers

Just to let people know, I have created scripts for creating Docker and Singularity containers with AMICO and dependencies.

Scripts are hosted here.

If the docker engine is installed:
docker pull maladmin/amico:latest will download the docker container.

Obviously I'm open to any suggestions for improvements.
