GBSS analysis

Hi all，
I have successfully processed my multi-shell DWI data with AMICO. Next, I plan to perform GBSS analysis. However, the GitHub repository for GBSS indicates that four files—FA, CSF, ODI, and fIC—are required for conducting GBSS analysis. Can I compute the CSF and fIC files needed for GBSS using AMICO?

Hi @snaillyd ,

I think you are referring to the following files:

• CSF --> free water fraction --> fit_FWF.nii.gz
• ODI --> orientation dispersion index --> fit_ODI.nii.gz
• fIC --> neurite density index --> fit_NDI.nii.gz

Is this the case?
