Good afternoon AMICO experts,
I am in the process of fitting the NODDI model to the HCP-EP dataset. I am trying to select the best parameters for this type of data. Since this data is multi-shell, and different shells have different SNR/CNR properties, I was wondering if it would be better to is the WLS over the OLS model for the DTI_fit_method option to account for shell-specific differences in noise variance.
Kind regards,
Linda
