Accented characters not well rendered

Thank you for the plugin!

When running a Python script from Obsidian/jupyMD, accented characters break.
For example, the french word Résultat becomes Résultat in the output.

Tested the same workbook in VSCode + Jupyter: accents are fine.

OS: Windows
Locale: fr

I cannot seem to replicate this. Could you share more details about this please? Were you using a library to print your text?

Thank you for your feedback.
I use no library, and run the code directly from Obsidian.
I updated the plugin to last version, and disabled Code Block Customizer extension to avoid side effects.

Here is my result :

Running the same notebook in VS Code, I get this :

Can you please run the following in Obsidian and in VSCode?
