Python doesn't find jupytext nor pip

Hi, im using obsidian via flatpak and already tried the solution in #30. It did not solve the problem, i tried to activate the venv and execute which python pip which gave me the correct paths, and the venv is inside the vault, which obsidian has access to since it is in my home directory. I don't know what else to try.

You can create a wrapper in bash (probably also in Powershell if you're on Windows). It looks like this for me:

python3 "$@"

In my case the file is called judymd-python-wrapper and is located in the root directory of the my vault (placeholder <vault-root>).
The venv was created at <vault-root>/.venv.
The "Python interpreter" setting of the plugin is set to /<vault-root>/judymd-python-wrapper (actually, it's set to a symlink located under / since this setting only accepts absolute paths).
I tried it and it seems to work.
Don't forget to make the wrapper file executable if you're on Linux.

Hi @watermelonwolverine and @badkidpmg, I modified the code executor to properly pass the configured Python environment to the child processes. In my own testing this addressed the problem. Could you please update the plugin to version 1.5 and try it out?

I have tried it but it doesnt work to me neither. I am using version 1.5.0 :/

Hey @badkidpmg, @DelgadoPanadero , please try now with the latest version - I tested using the new interpreter picker with flatpak obsidian and worked well. Let me know if it works :)
