Currently implemented versions.

HBC89, HBC85, HBC84, HBC83, HBC76, HBC74, HBC62, HBC59

I dont see a specific need to implement other versions. only versions missing from this lot are.
78,79,80,81,82
However a lot of these versions are not used in react native versions and right now react native has enabled hermes by default with version 89 so better to spend time on those.

This issue can be reopened to work on the new.
