Move snippet autoformatter into cursorless monorepo

@AndreasArvidsson will move his snippet autoformatter into cursorless monorepo; will deploy as its own extension. @pokey happy to help with devops side of that. Call it "Talon community snippets"

Not objecting but curious what rationale was for closing

I'm just not sure where to put things like snippets and tree sitter query formatters at the moment. I think that what we want in the long run is something similar to Talon community, but as a vscode extension. A place where the community can contribute to a Talon vscode extension. At that point I would probably move half of my vscode extension into that. Right now I feel that I don't really have the time to deal with setting up a new repository/extension.
