What does this PR do?
Adds an immersive, highly advanced environmental spatial visualization cockpit titled Global Deforestation Visual Story under
Projects/Global Deforestation Visual Story/. Moving away from static image charts or basic text summary sheets, the application constructs a complete client-side geovisualization dashboard completely driven by custom HTML5 Canvas particle degradation matrices and chronological parametric equations. It charts global forest canopy degradation patterns across multiple geographic territories from 1990 through 2026 via an automated 60fps historical timeline playback loops, computes correlated ecosystem parameters including carbon sinking capacity metrics and habitat fragmentation metrics inside an operational telemetry cockpit, and scales layout structures responsively across all modern modern device viewports.Type of change
