What does this PR do?

This PR adds a new project called Court Case Simulator, an interactive legal education platform that allows users to review evidence, analyze witness statements, and participate in the judicial decision-making process. Users can evaluate case materials, identify inconsistencies, and generate verdicts based on the available facts and testimony.
