On February 4, 2013 Congress temporarily suspended the debt limit through May 18, 2013. So they fill in an asterisk under close_today starting on February 4 and reinstate filling in the debt ceiling numbers on 20 May.
Issue:
The parser correctly stops filling in the debt ceiling into the close_today column on February 4, but doesn't pick it back up on May 20. Instead, it picks it back up on June 3. So we're missing nine days' worth of debt ceilings.
