Have the nodejs server and Pi itself on a static IP so instructions can be made simple and clear with no need for potential extra instructions

Sets server to be accessible on any comp on the LAN at 192.168.0.202:3000
Changing the hosts file on your own comp to mask that allows you to connect via PiRate.net (if setup properly in the hosts file on your machine)
