Bottles (Flatpak) - Keyboard issues

My Bottles was working mostly fine but suddenly keyboard stopeed working on some forms/dialog like setting values for extrusions, setting dimensions, save dialog... When it happens Fusion reacts well to mouse but not to most keypresses. Bakspace/Enter/navigation keys do work but can't type on the dialogs.
Actually sometimes it works, I press Esc to close the dialog and reopen it and sometimes can type the dimension/fill the form.

I think the issue can be related to some update on Fedora 40, but no idea how... it is a weird interaction.

I have created a bew bottle but the issue persists.
