Incorrect help command use case

DG says a list of commands will displayed, which I expect to be displayed in the GUI itself, but only link to UG is opened

The Developer Guide states that a "list of available commands" is displayed when help is requested. In the actual implementation, help directs the user to the User Guide (UG) via a link. Although this deviates slightly from the literal wording, the UG provides comprehensive, up-to-date command information. Since users still have access to all commands by following the link, the issue does not affect daily operations or the product's functionality. A Low severity issue causes minor inconvenience in extremely rare situations. Since the current behavior does not hinder normal operation—users can still easily access a complete command list via the UG—it is reasonable to consider this issue as severity.VeryLow instead of severity.Low
