Add Docker support

It would be nice to be able to have a Docker image with all the components needed to analyze a RPT without the hassle of installing the SDK and its dependencies manually.

Add a Dockerfile that will:

- create an image that will install the Crystal Reports .Net SDK
- install `powershell` and `pwsh`
- install the `PsCrystal` module
