Craft Console Checkout does not work

What happened?

Description

The checkout process in the Craft Console does not work anymore. When clicking on "Pay $123" I get a red box "Server Error" and the following error in the JS console:

Uncaught (in promise) FetchError: Error fetching https://r.stripe.com/b: Failed to fetch at shared-a0d0d1e784be52154a35899cb3aa7700.js:1:192880

Currently happening to all Craft Devs I know.

We ran into the same problem here. 'Server error' when hitting the payment button.
