Better handling of session timeouts with 2FA enabled users

Currently for a user that has 2FA enabled, if the session timeouts, the your session has ended dialog appears promoting for the user password.

If you provide the password the dialog briefly disapears before just reappearing again and loops like this forever.

I assume this is due to having 2FA enabled.

Instead you need to hard refresh the window to force the login box to appear to authenticate and get the 2FA dialog again.
