Add warning prompt when user drags & drops a structure item

I've experienced users having problems with how easy the drag & dropping is within structures, where they've accidentally moved a parent item to be a child of another and not realised what happened.

A popup or prompt to ask them to confirm would be very helpful to avoid this accidental shift in structure.

I concur and see this even as an a11y issue for people with hand tremors etc. Better yet would be a way to enable rearranging and hit apply when done. Having to confirm every single rearranging action would become frustrating when doing many such actions in succession.
