Extension host terminated unexpectedly #47

Dear all,
When I started vs-code (Ubuntu 18.04), it said what the subject says above. This follows a recent VS code update to version 1.26.0.

I Googled the message and reached VSCode GitHub message

I removed and reintroduced extensions one by one and tracked down the issue to vscode-cquery. For the moment, I deactivated it (with regrets).
