Describe the issue

Using the mouse wheel to scroll items into certain placeholder slots deletes the items

Steps to reproduce

Examples found:

• Integrated Dynamic's Logic Programmer item slots
• Item Filters' item filter slots

Versions:

• Integrated Dynamics: 1.27.1
• Item Filters: 2001.1.0-build.59

Steps (ID):

1. Open a Logic Programmer
2. Select a type with an item slot (Item) and insert an item <64
3. Hover over an item in your inventory and scroll to move it into the slot, other way should work too
4. Item moves properly but also leaves inventory therefore deleting itself as Logic Programmer's item is a fake item

Steps (Filters):

1. Open any Item Filter
2. Place an item inside and/or scroll move it in
3. Deletes items
