Named tuples in analysis

Named tuples should be used for all functions that return multiple values. Particularly useful in the [analysis](https://github.com/cpkm/beamprofiler/blob/33d6d77739ac5ac58b70380cbd66dc08303ee12e/beamprofiler/beamprofileranalysis.py) where several beam parameters are calculated.
