scikit-learn version

The environment file has a 1.2 version commented out and just generic install left there

Can you say what version you are using to run this, as just trying generically with 1.5 I get:

ImportError: cannot import name 'indices_to_mask' from 'sklearn.utils' (C:\Users\rscott\AppData\Local\miniconda3\envs\pygplates_py310\lib\site-packages\sklearn\utils\__init__.py)
```
