Create missing package

Hi! I am wanting to create a docker image using the missingness code (characterizing and associating missingness in covid19 patients to clinical outcomes). Here is the link to the github: https://github.com/ameliatlm/missing-data-4ce. I would like the most recent version to be incorporated. Thanks!
