Before I forget...
Once we merge @eneights's code to analyze a polarized source in galactic coordinates we can remove the corresponding caveat in the data challenge text. However, as Eliza just mentioned, we'll still have problems due to the response on RelativeZ. Nothing close (<~20 deg) to zenith will be handled correctly, which will affect most persistent sources. So, instead of removing the caveat altogether, we might need to refine it...
