We already list some initiatives related to the goals of Fair Web Services. There are some more. https://wiki.fsfe.org/Activities/CloudComputing contains some more info, albeit a bit outdated. http://blaise.ca/blog/2011/08/02/four-criteria-for-free-network-services/ and http://blogs.fsfe.org/greve/?p=452 are especially interesting in our context.
