I have been playing this game for years as I bought it when it came out as a replacement of my PlayStation 2 addiction to WipeOut… and what is my surprise when I upgrade my machine to a Mac mini M2 Pro, install the game, open it (it shows the initial configuration screen) but when I click start I hear the sound of the race but no video, so it is not playable.
Any solutions that anybody knows of?

i guess it will run fine on 10.8 - 10.10 but i doubt it will run on anything much newer.
the only solution would be putting in a lot of effort into a rewrite.
the only realistic option is playing on an old Mac.
given how much Apple dislikes maintaining compatibility it is probably more realistic trying the Windows version via Wine than trying to get the old codebase running on Apple Silicon and Sonoma.
I was actually playing it on an old Mac, but it just broke and I tried finding and installing the few games I play on the new M2 Pro… Quake III Arena and Maelstrom have been ported, but CoreBreach was my third time sucker 😉
Thanks for your answer and your suggestions. I will try to find an old second hand Mac mini to play it. Cheers from Spain.
