Due to a race condition, it is possible that the model information (model, runtime) is not known when listing the inference servers.

Steps to reproduce

• Start an inference server
• restart podman desktop
• Check the inference server list

If the problem is not visible:

• go to the Extension page
• restart the AI Lab extension
• Check the inference server list
