Hi, I'm watching the TCEC an I was wondering how come seer takes just 2 minutes or less out of the opening sometimes as white. There are moves that are more winning as a first move; does it just not see it?

I noticed Stockfish takes about 10 minutes in the opening; so I was wondering if this was a choice made on purpose or it just means seer doesn't see a better line.
