It would be nice to be able to run::
conda-build-all ./ --matrix-conditions "some stuff" --dry-run
and see what would get built, etc, without it actually starting the build process....
Combined with #8's idea for showing what really will get built, this could be handy
not that hitting ctrl+C is that hard....
