Cannot register and cannot receive reset email

I want to try out polis but when I tried to sign up it tells me that the email is already used, yet when I try to reset password I do not receive reset email. I have checked the Spam folder and it is not there either.

Thanks for filing this but (or maybe-bug)!

I've confimed with a new test account using https://www.mailinator.com/v4/public/inboxes.jsp?to=testing.polis and testing.polis@mailinator.com, that password reset emails aren't sending out. (The welcome email, which I believe would be expected, also doesn't seem to have sent out -- so it might be that email is having issue after a recent big push to production.)
