Unable to add seed comments - polis_err_post_comment 500 error

Hello,

I’m unable to add seed comments to a new conversation on hosted pol.is.

• Conversation is open
• Manual submission of a single comment “Saving…” nothing happens
• CSV upload hangs on “Saving…” nothing happens
• Tested in multiple browsers
• Error shown:

{"error":"polis_err_post_comment","message":"polis_err_post_comment","status":500}

Also, unsaved comment text persists in the seed-comment input when switching between conversations.

Could you please advise whether this is a current hosted-service issue or a conversation-specific problem? I created a new conversation with the same name and description at first, then I renamed the old original, could that have caused it?
