Setting up Zigbee2Mqtt with Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus

So I was trying to set up Zigbee2Mqtt inside the Proxmox and I was having an error starting it using the usual setting found online. Basically the same issue as the guy here .

I tried using ember and it didn't work.

I tried using ezsp same thing,

I tried without anything but it didn't work.

However, using zstack worked.

you know, that z2m doenst work with npm since new version? Do you have Version 2.0+? Do you read the migration guide and breaking changes?

Actually, I don't. I just set it up today from the script here, could you point me to it? I tried setting it up again and it is crashing.
