Image uploaded but custom picker shows it as not actioned

Happens rather rarely, around 1% of uploaded images.

Problem: Image is already on Commons, so the custom picker should not have shown it ("Show already actioned pictures" disabled).

In my case the image was part of a multi-upload started via gallery "share". The 5 other images of the multi-upload are fine, only that particular image has the issue.

The image is not shown in my "Contributions" activity either. The other 5 are.

So for some reason the checksums cache was not correctly updated it seems.
