The move to Vodozemac

The Matrix-dart-SDK is working on support for Vodozemac in place of libolm due to it's (recently formal) depracation. This is being developed as part of a move away from libolm in FluffyChat and (probably) Famedly Messenger.

I am opening this issue to ask about interest in the Vodozemac move for Commet, and also to track emerging issues with Vodozemac in Commet once the first builds of the matrix-dart-sdk with Vodozemac are available.
