Indexer freezes when elasticsearch is not available on start

When starting elasticsearch and indexer with, by example, supervisord, indexer seems to be stuck as it cannot connect to elasticsearch on load.
Restarting indexer fixes the issue.

Maybe the indexer should have some wait mechanism to wait for elasticsearch to be available (with a timeout to avoid entrine an endless waiting).
