Add reputation score aggregation UX prototype

Users with many traits lack a summary view of provable reputation portfolio.

Design and implement read-only portfolio summary grouping traits by schema issuer.

Acceptance criteria:

• Summary shows count per schema.
• No new on-chain trust assumptions.
• User research feedback captured.
