I just uploaded a PDF of the schematic. Yes, gevcu.org is down. EVTV itself never controlled that domain. It was registered by one of the GEVCU4 developers. It seems that person quit paying for it and then the domain was bought by a squatter. So, there isn't a lot I can do to correct that right now.
