I want you to look at agent_bin.rs and traverse the function there which calls into the agent such that we start looping on the agent and select the next action to take.

Then use this as a guide to design a repl which you build in rust with shows the tool being used and the number of tokens being consumed and the files which we have opened and editedm I should be able to point this to a repo and give it a query and it should be able to work , I should also be able to stop it any point and give it feedback
