🔧 Provider Support: Added Google Vertex AI as a new LLM provider alternative to Google Gemini

  • Added: VertexAI configuration interfaces and provider types with required fields (api_key, project_id, location)
  • Updated: Provider enums and configuration functions to fully integrate VertexAI support

Please review these changes for the new Vertex AI integration. 🔍
