Make LeetCode Usernames Clickable

Currently, the usernames displayed in the leaderboard are plain text. It would improve usability if users could directly visit a participant's LeetCode profile by clicking on their username.

Expected Behavior

• Each username in the leaderboard should act as a clickable link
• Clicking the username should open the corresponding LeetCode profile in a new tab

Example:
https://leetcode.com/u/<username>
