Currently, it is hard to find a certain building. Create a command that navigates (teleports) the current player exactly to the top-center of the named building. The coordinates should be retrieved from the output of the placing phase. The path to the file should be specified in the properties of the Spigot plugin. If the file is not available, a constructive error message should be displayed for the players when they issue the command.
