使用模拟器连接发生这个问题怎么解决：

只有windows的模拟器会遇到这个问题，可以修复一下么

我这边也遇到了，排查下来，发现windows上模拟器启动uitest start-daemon singleness无效果，使用官方的框架也连不上，
看起来得华为官方修复了

那这是模拟器的问题吧，我这边应该解决不了。真机会出现这个问题么

真机不会出现，但所有windows上的模拟器都会出现这个问题
