Such use of information should be disclosed in the terms and condtions, but use of the system may be made conditional upon the acceptance of such terms.

Design should also anticipate the risk of possibly tieing anonymous data back to an individual through reverse engineering of the data. As machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities improve, the risk of such reverse engineering of the data grows.
