We should add some clarity in the README.md on which sources we take data from (and try to remain in sync with) and the process for merging in updates from source.
e.g. thinking about clarifying what we should do in situations like #62 (merge conflicts with IATI-maintained version, partly because they are taking data from the XML published by OECD/DAC) and #64 (where the XML has been updated but not the XLSX)
