Some Videos not responsive to timestamps #1880

Describe the bug
Only some videos are responsive to the timestamp clicking in the comments section. Some of the newer videos or maybe different video players aren't responsive to clicking timestamps.
Expected behavior
All videos despite the video players responding to navigating through video by clicking timestamps.
