Bug Description

I asked Sisyphus to update my rules to better handle subagents. In the process it tried to consult the Oracle, and it failed with this error:

Steps to Reproduce

Not reliably reproducible, but all I did was:

1. Ask Sisyphus to update my rules to better align with subagent needs.

Expected Behavior

Oracle agent should have worked.

Install bun (https://bun.com/) and then run bunx oh-my-opencode install and follow the instructions, then see if Oracle works.

1. I already have bun installed... (You can clearly see the error wasn't "bunx: command not found", it was that specific script that was not found
   $ bun --version
   1.3.9

2. I already have oh-my-opencode installed:
   $ npx oh-my-opencode -v
   3.8.2

Are you saying I need to install it a 2nd time via bun? Also: the oracle does sometimes work, but sometimes fails.

I found the problem: Oracle is a subagent, not a skill or command. So when Sisyphus calls Oracle as if it's a skill then it fails.

Oracle is a subagent invoked via task(subagent_type="oracle"), not a skill/command. The model used skill(name="oracle") which is the wrong tool. This is a model prompt compliance issue, not a code bug. The agent system prompts already document the correct invocation method.
