CockroachDB custom OTel collector

Hi,

I created a custom OTel collector that pull CockroachDB performance data from query execution against the crdb_internal table. I work for a consulting firm, AHEAD, and created this for a CockroachDB customer that is also a customer of AHEAD. I'm trying to find a GO engineer to do a code review or a customer of Cockroach to try it and provide feedback. I think it would be beneficial for Cockroach Labs to take ownership or provide feedback, as this provides your customers a vendor agnostic, open source mechanism for performance monitoring. The only observability tool in the marketplace that provides similar data is DBmarlin, which is a paid product. All other vendor integrations, such as that provided by DataDog, scrape CockroachDB performance data from a Prometheus endpoint and do not provide granularity of individual query performance and errors.
