Acceptance criteria

• Names pattern: Daily Triage
• Names tool + how it was scheduled (cron, /loop, Action, manual)
• At least one failure or surprise
• One-paragraph actionable lesson
• Week-one constraints called out if L1 (report-only)
• Anonymize employer details if needed

• Examples: daily-triage-report-only.md, score-climbs-then-budget-burns.md

Estimated time: ~15–45 minutes · same-day review for story PRs
