.coafile currently relies on explicit inclusion of new apps, which means by default new code isnt checked.

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #62 (Add pyflakes checking to .coafile), #6 (Create a .coafile), and #90 (.coafile section generalization includes many inappropriate files).

Include **.py by default, excluding files which
are generated, and a special rule for the models.

Fixes coala#93
